                     Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, the
following information is notified to the market:

Vebnet's share capital consists of 9,324,179 issued ordinary shares of #1 each
with each share carrying the right to one vote.

There are no shares held in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Vebnet is 9,324,179 .

The above figure (9,324,179) may be used by shareholders as a denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Vebnet under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The above figure of 9,324,179 shares is inclusive of 47,789 new ordinary shares,
for which application to trading was made today (which result from the exercise
of equivalent number of share options by certain employee's of Vebnet).
Admission is expected to become effective on 29 December 2006.
