Director Shareholding

The Company has today issued to Mr Michael Spriggs 34,444 Ordinary Shares via a
placement at 13.5 pence per share for a total consideration of #4,650. The price
was determined on the basis of the average of the closing price on the previous
five days.

The 34,444 Ordinary Shares are due to be admitted to AIM on 29 December 2006.

Mr Spriggs' holding in the Company is now 34,444 Ordinary Shares, representing
0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
