Following the announcement made on 31 January 2000 detailing the appointment
of Mr Paul Wright as the Company's finance director and company secretary, the
Company makes the following disclosure in accordance with paragraph 16.4 of
the Listing Rules:-

In the last five years Mr Wright has been a director of CWB Systems Services
plc and Rolfe & Nolan plc.  Mr Wright has no matters to be disclosed pursuant
to paragraphs 6.F.2 (b) to (g) of the Listing Rules.
