                           Vocalis Group plc announces
                    Partnership agreement with WorldShare.net

Vocalis Group plc ("Vocalis") the international speech technology group,
announces today a partnership agreement with WorldShare.net ("WorldShare"), a
US-based national Internet Service Provider (ISP), to provide WorldShare.net
members phone access to email using Vocalis SpeechMail. WorldShare.net, based in
Cincinnati, Ohio, provides premium Internet access and services to over 200,000
people nationwide.

ability to access and reply to their email from anywhere via the phone using the
