                     VISION OPPORTUNITY CHINA FUND LIMITED

                        NET ASSET VALUE AT 31 MARCH 2008


Vision Opportunity China Fund Limited ("VOC") (AIM:VOC.L) today reports that its
Net Asset Value ("NAV") as at 31 March 2008 was US$95,696,949.37.

VOC has 100,000,000 shares in issue, which has resulted in an unaudited NAV per
share at 31 March 2008 of US$0.9570.

VOC now owns 958,896 shares of China Fire & Security Group ("China Fire")
(NASDAQ:CFSG) common stock, which were purchased at prices between US$5.02 and
US$7.28 per share. The closing price of China Fire's common stock on 11 April
2008 was US$7.14.
