VOCALIS  GROUP plc


It is with deep regret that the Board of Vocalis plc announce the death of Roy
Cotterill, one of the Group's non-executive directors and former chairman.

Roy, who was due to stand down from the Board at the Group's forthcoming AGM,
made an immense contribution to the Group both as chairman and recently as a
non-executive director.

Roy will be greatly missed by all of us at Vocalis.  The Board extend their
deepest sympathy to his wife Shirley and family.
