VISION OPPORTUNITY CHINA FUND LIMITED 
NET ASSET VALUE AT 31 MARCH 2009 
Vision Opportunity China Fund Limited ("VOC") (AIM:VOC.L) today reports that its 
Net Asset Value ("NAV") as at 31 March 2009 was US$69,959,918.12. 
As at 31 March 2009, VOC had 73,543,971 ordinary shares of no par value in issue 
(the "Ordinary Shares"), including 7,354,397 shares held in treasury, which 
resulted in an unaudited NAV per Ordinary Share of US$0.9513 as at that date. 
Additionally, VOC has sold all shares of common stock it held in AgFeed 
Industries, Inc. ("AgFeed") (NASDAQ:FEED) and China Fire & Security Group 
("China Fire") (NASDAQ:CFSG) for total proceeds of approximately US$2.3 million.
