                      Vision Opportunity China Fund Limited 
                            (the "Company" or "VOC") 
                      Net Asset Value at 28 February 2010 
 
Vision Opportunity China Fund Limited (AIM: VOC.L), the closed-ended fund traded 
on AIM that invests in companies with operations principally within Greater 
China, today reports that its Net Asset Value ("NAV") as at 28 February 2010 was 
US$183.99 million (at 31 January 2010: US$151.84 million). 
As at 28 February 2010, VOC had 66,189,574 ordinary shares of no par value in 
issue (the "Ordinary Shares"), which resulted in an unaudited NAV per Ordinary 
Share of US$2.780 as at that date (31 January 2010: US$2.294). 
The Company will post its February 2010 monthly update on its website 
(http://www.vocfund.com/category/fund-updates)shortly. 
 
 
The Company will begin reporting an unaudited weekly NAV beginning Friday, 5 
March 2010.  VOC expects to release the weekly NAV announcement by close of 
business on the second business day following each Friday. If the last day of a 
month falls on a Wednesday or Thursday, VOC will not produce a NAV the Friday of 
that week.  If the last day of a month falls on a Saturday, Sunday, Monday or 
Tuesday VOC will not produce a NAV for the previous Friday.
