The Directors of Venue Solutions Plc ("Venue Solutions") have become aware that 
on 31st March 2009, the Essex Superior Court for the Commonwealth of 
Massachusetts issued an order appointing a Receiver of YourDay, Inc., the 53 per 
cent subsidiary of Venue Solutions. 
This order was obtained without Venue Solutions having an opportunity to 
consider the application in any way. 
A response by Venue Solutions will be considered by the Court this coming Friday 
when the Venue Solutions board, having taken legal advice, are confident that it 
will be overturned
