    Venteco, the UK-based non-toxic pest control provider, announces that Peter Cottee, Non-Executive Director of the Company, is to step
down from his position with immediate effect.

    Mr Cottee, aged 50, has been Non-Executive Director since 2006. He remains the Managing Director and owner of RIWA Ltd. RIWA will
continue to market Venteco's Cryonite technology on an exclusive basis in the UK and in other markets on a non-exclusive basis.

    Stefan Hansson, Chief Executive of the Company, said: "The Board would like to thank Peter for his contribution during the early stages
of the development of the company. We wish him well for the future."
