                      Announcement of 2014 annual results

WMC will be announcing their results for the year ended 31 December 2014 on or
before 31 March 2015. While the result for the year will, as previously
announced, be positive, profits are expected to be appreciably lower than for
2013 primarily due to the anticipated fall off in income as we approached the
end of our contract to operate Old Spitalfields Market, and a further
deterioration in trading at Cornish Market World.
