Worldlink signs MOU with potential Gaming Partner
Worldlink Group Plc, the UK listed Company with gatekeeper
patents on providing changing data in real-time for mobile devices,
announces that it has signed a non-binding Memorandum of
Understanding with Partouche Interactive Gibraltar Limited
("Partouche"), under which the parties intend to agree final terms
to appoint Partouche as Worldlink's Gaming Partner.
Partouche Interactive is a subsidiary of Groupe Partouche, one
of the largest casino operators in Europe. The poker and casino
platform will be offered alongside Worldlink's 'best price'
bookmaking service. The service is part of the unique offering
Worldlink is rolling out across the UK with sports clubs and
leagues where they receive a percentage of revenue earned.
Partouche Interactive develops, manages and markets a variety of
gaming products for the Web, TV and Mobile devices using its own
proprietary technology, providing a variety of games and betting
products. In order to conduct this business licences have been
granted in Malta, Gibraltar, Belgium and France.
