Wigmore was advised on 12 February 2003 that Hoodless Brennan & Partners Plc
("Hoodless Brennan") had disposed of 2,050,500 ordinary shares in the Company on
11 February 2003.

Hoodless Brennan's total holding of ordinary shares in the Company is now
3,449,500, representing approximately 4.12 per cent. of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital.
