Notification of Major Interests in Shares


Notification under Section 198 of the Companies Act


The company received notification on 23 November 2006 that, as a result of a
placing to them of 1,388,889 ordinary shares in the relevant share capital of
the Company, Universities Superannuation Scheme Limited now holds 1,388,889
ordinary shares in Wren Homes Group plc. This holding represents approximately
3.4% of the Company's issued share capital.
