                    Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting





Wren Homes Group plc, the AIM quoted retirement homes developer, announces that
it has posted to shareholders notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting to be
held on 23 March 2007, in connection with proposals for a capital reduction.


Wren is putting forward proposals for a reduction of capital to eliminate the
Deferred Shares which have a nominal value of #98,028 and which are not traded
on AIM.


These proposals do not affect in any way the Ordinary Shares currently in issue.
