Wren Homes Group plc, the AIM Listed retirement homes and specialist developer,
which has a strategy of specialising in apartment developments for the 'active'
retirement market, with operations around the southern M25 corridor, announces
that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held today, Wednesday, 20 February
2008, all resolutions were passed.
