    Results of AGM & EGM

    Watermark, a provider of in-flight catering and products to the airline, travel and hospitality industries, is pleased to announce that
all resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company and the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, both held today,
were duly passed by Shareholders. 

    Copies of the approved resolutions from the Company's general meetings held earlier today will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority
and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
