YCO Group plc (AIM: YCO), a leading provider of specialist services to 
superyachts, today announces the appointment of Rishi Malliwal as an 
non-executive Director to the Board with effect from 22 September 2010. 
 
Rishi qualified as a Solicitor in 2001 at the College of Law, York before 
becoming an Associate at Tollers LLP. He joined Sprecher Grier Halberstam LLP 
(SGH) in 2006 and became a partner in the corporate team in 2008specialising in 
corporate finance transactions for public and private companies up to GBP50 
million. He is an Associate of the Chartered Management Institute and a Member 
of the Law Society of England and Wales. 
 
 
Charlie Birkett, YCO Chief Executive, said:

with him a wealth of experience in corporate law from working with a wide range
