31 December 2010 was posted to shareholders today, together with
the Notice of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders to be held
at The Covent Garden Hotel, Blue Private Room, 10 Monmouth Street,
London WC2H 9HB at 12 noon on 28 June 2011.
