It is with great sadness that the directors announce the death on 27 February 
2010 of Mr Qin Shun Chao, the former Chairman of the Company. 
 
Mr Qin served as Chairman from 23 April 2004 until his retirement from the board 
on 21 September 2009. His wisdom and guidance was always greatly appreciated by
