May and June 2007, RMB Australia Holdings Limited disposed of, in aggregate,
650,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").



RMB Australia Holdings Limited now holds 538,520 Ordinary Shares (being 0.7% of
the issued share capital of the Company).



RMB Australia Holdings Limited no longer hold a notifiable interest in the
Company.
