Exxon Mobil Corp. (XOM) said Tuesday it has repaired a pipeline in Victoria state that was damaged in December and has resumed supply of ethane to customers.

"We have repaired the pipeline fully and are delivering supplies to our customers," a spokeswoman said.

The pipeline, part of a joint venture with BHP Billiton Ltd. (BHP), was ruptured on Dec. 13 by the anchor of a container ship.

The accident disrupted the supply of ethane to the pipeline's two customers, Qenos and Huntsman Corp. (HUN).

Exxon Mobil said it is reserving its right to pursue legal claims for any losses caused by the incident.
