Norwegian seismic service provider SeaBird Exploration Ltd. (SBX.OS) Tuesday said it has signed a $40 million contract with India's Oil & Natural Gas Corp. (500312.BY) regarding a survey for the Mumbai High Field.

 
   MAIN FACTS:

-The customer has requested start up as soon as possible and Seabird estimates the survey can start around mid October.

-Shares Monday closed at NOK0.74.
