the following information falls to be disclosed:

The Company was advised on Wednesday 25 June that Michael Cronk purchased 50,000
Ordinary Shares of 5p at 9.5 pence per share in Coburg Group plc on Tuesday 24
June.

Michael Cronk now holds a total of 1,045,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company
representing 8.30% of the Company's issued share capital.
