• 5,274 sq. ft location in the SmartCentre Barrie South shopping centre (33 Mapleview Dr. W.), one of Barrie's busiest retail areas
• Offers appointment-based planning services for customers looking to plan, order, and purchase complex home furnishing solutions for the kitchen, bath, bedroom, and living room with the help of a knowledgeable IKEA specialist
• Showcases a curated selection of relevant and inspiring home furnishing solutions for customers to touch and try

When: Friday, June 28, 2024

• 9:00 AM – media call time
• 9:00 – 9:25 AM – tours of the IKEA Barrie Plan and order point
• 9:30 AM – opening ceremony begins followed by a ribbon cutting
• 10:00 AM – doors open
• 10:15 AM – interviews available with IKEA spokespeople by request
