Eberly brings a wealth of experience to her new role as the
owner of Caring Transitions of Oxford,
OH. With over 12 years of experience as a licensed counselor
in the field of Behavioral Health, Rachel has a strong background
in social work and estate liquidation. Her journey into Caring
Transitions was inspired by her personal experience of managing her
late father's estate. Being out of state with young children, she
and her sisters had to juggle various obligations while handling
the clean-out process of three inherited properties. This
challenging time ignited her passion for assisting others during
their most hectic moments.

Rachel is married and has two children, and she values the
