relationship with an existing charter client. Beginning in Fall
2026, World Voyager will embark on a seasonal winter charter
for three consecutive Antarctic seasons through March 2029. This partnership aligns with Atlas'
measured growth strategy, optimizing fleet utilization and
deployment strategy.
