Tashi Baijiu is made from naturally husk-less Qinghai-Tibet
barley, grown only above 11,000 feet and quenched by the Himalayan

Fermented in an 11.5 cubic foot granite pit for 90 days, the
baijiu base is distilled 4 times then aged for a minimum of 3 years
in 264-gal pottery tuns.
