Energy Services Inc., ("Hyduke" or the "Company") announces the
appointment of Jesse Gill to the
Board of Directors effective immediately.
Based in New York City, Mr.
Gill is a co-founder and partner of TerraNova Partners LP, a
Toronto and New York based firm which makes private equity
investments across a variety of industries. Mr. Gill has over 20
years of experience in finance, investing and operations. He has
been associated with a number of firms including Lehman Brothers,
Credit Suisse, First Boston, Polar Capital, Littlejohn and Co. and
TerraNova Partners. He is currently a director of four companies in
the U.S., Canada and the U.K. Mr.
Gill will also join Hyduke's audit committee. He serves as the
chair of the audit committee for two companies.
