Okay, did my own DD, who can justify this found in the 10K filed on May 29th? How can we expect profits when 14.11% from REVENUES (not profits) must be paid to 3 lenders? It literally says "perpetual" payments. Forget all the shady-appearing stuff with the Series F & G stocks, how can we expect a profit when they're (perpetually) repaying loans from revenue? I'm a long who is still holding, but the sick feeling of being scammed is starting to sink in!
