PR Newswire (US)
First Indiana Bank to change signs to M&I Bank INDIANAPOLIS,
Feb. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- M&I Bank signs will replace
all First Indiana Bank signs today at 32 branch locations.
According to Reagan Rick, regional president of M&I Bank and
longtime First Indiana Bank employee, the signs will be part of the
conversion of First Indiana Bank branches to M&I Bank branches
as a result of the merger between First Indiana Corporation and
Marshall & Ilsley Corporation. "We are very excited to begin
operating as M&I Bank," said Rick. "M&I Bank was founded on
Midwest values and is a community bank in every state we reside. As
M&I we will continue to provide our customers with impeccable
customer service while offering more products and services to meet
their personal and business needs." Marshall & Ilsley
Corporation, a diversified financial services company, provides
comprehensive financial products and services and unparalleled
customer service to personal, business, corporate and institutional
customers nationwide. M&I Bank will offer the greater
Indianapolis area more products, services and resources due to the
size of the parent company. However, leadership will stem from
current individuals in the Indianapolis market. Decisions will be
made by the local team members for the local community. Customers
will be able to continue banking at the same locations and work
with the same customer service representatives, banking center
managers and business bankers as before. In celebration of the
transition, M&I Bank will host an unveiling ceremony today at
the Plaza located downtown Indianapolis at 135 North Pennsylvania
Street. Reagan Rick will address the audience at 10:00 a.m. and
refreshments will be served. M&I Bank Locations -- Downtown
