CRF Coronet Metals (delisted)

Coronet Metals Inc. ("Coronet") (TSX VENTURE:CRF) has retained the services of
the legal firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP to pursue a quotation on the OTCQX
International. The OTCQX is the premier tier of the U.S. over-the-counter
marketplace, providing a U.S. quotation opportunity to significantly broaden and
enhance its access and exposure within the U.S. market.


Mr. Joel Dumaresq, Coronet's Chief Executive Officer, states, "The OTCQX will
provide the many investors in the United States interested in Coronet with ready
access to investment opportunities in our Stock. The OTCQX listing will assist
Coronet in providing liquidity for investors in both Canadian and U.S.
marketplaces."


The OTCQX trading platform has earned an exemplary reputation for providing U.S.
investors with improved liquidity, transparency, superior information, and easy
access through their U.S. regulated broker dealers. It is also recognized within
the industry for maintaining rigid quotation standards for companies that trade
on its exchange.


Subject to approval, Coronet's quotation on the OTCQX is expected to be
completed within the next few weeks.
