LONDON--DMCI Holdings Inc. (DMC.PH) and D&A Income Ltd. said Monday that as at 1200 GMT on Sept. 14 they had received valid acceptances in respect of a total of 151.78 million ENK PLC (ENK.LN) shares, or 57.9% and now own, or have received valid acceptances, in respect of 229.78 million ENK shares, or 87.7%.

MAIN FACTS:

-Offer has been extended until 1200 GMT on Sept. 28.

-ENK shares at 0725 GMT unchanged at 19 pence valuing the company at 49.47 million pounds.
