Small-Cap ETF, Nuveen ESG International Developed Markets Equity ETF and Nuveen ESG Emerging Markets Equity ETF (collectively, the “Funds”), separate series of Nushares ETF Trust (the
“Trust”). The sole purpose of this filing is to file as an exhibit to the Trust’s registration statement, risk/return information in interactive data format for the Funds.
