                       RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR



Tibbett & Britten Group plc announces that Mr Mike Sprague has resigned from the
Board and will leave the Company with immediate effect to pursue other
interests. A search for a replacement has commenced and a further announcement
will be made once a successor has been appointed.



John Harvey, CBE, Executive Chairman stated " Mike Sprague was instrumental in
building our North American business to its current scale and has made a
significant contribution to the Tibbett & Britten Group Board over a number of
years. We wish him well in his future endeavours."
