The investment objective of the FT Cboe Vest U.S. Equity Enhance & Moderate Buffer ETF June (the Fund) is to seek to provide investors with returns of approximately twice any positive price return of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (the Underlying ETF), up to a predetermined upside cap of 6.16% (before fees and expenses), while providing a buffer (before fees and expenses) against the first 15% of Underlying ETF losses, over the period from July 13, 2021 to June 17, 2022. Under normal market conditions, the Fund will invest substantially all of its assets in FLexible EXchange Options (FLEX Options) that reference the price performance of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (the Underlying ETF). FLEX Options are customized equity or index option contracts that trade on an exchange, but provide investors with the ability to customize key contract terms like exercise prices, styles and expiration dates. |
