The Company was informed yesterday that Silverslaggan AB, a company 100% owned
by Peter Gyllenhammar, acquired 675,000 ordinary share of 20p each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following this purchase, Mr Gyllenhammar has a
beneficial interest in 8,355,000 Ordinary Shares representing 11.6% of the
issued Ordinary Share capital.
