Ace Liberty and Stone Plc (AQSE: ALSP), the active property investment company, capitalising on commercial property investment opportunities across the UK, today announces that under the recently completed Open Offer Ivan Minter, Finance Director, subscribed for his full entitlement of 13,562 Ace Ordinary Shares of 25 pence. Mr Minter now has 60,686 Ace Ordinary Shares, representing 0.09% of the Company's voting rights. The transaction took place on 14 December 2022. The Company's total shares in issue remains at 71,168,162.
