                               Additional Listing

Application has today been made for admission of 25,000,000 ordinary shares of
EUR0.03 each in the Company to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of
the London Stock Exchange. These shares have been issued pursuant to the placing
for cash announced earlier today. The shares will rank pari passu with the
existing ordinary shares of the Company. Dealings are expected to commence in
the new ordinary shares on 16 September 2003.
