The Company was notified on 7 March 2003 by Williams de Broe that, following
recent purchases of ordinary 10p shares ("Ordinary Shares"), including the
purchase of 1,100,000 Ordinary Shares on 5 March 2003, Mr A L R Morton, a client
of Williams de Broe, has an interest in 3,650,000 Ordinary Share representing
4.38 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
