                           APPOINTMENT OF A DIRECTOR


The appointment of Matthew Brabin as Finance Director of the Company was
announced on 16 July 2003. Matthew has now joined the Company and accordingly
the following information required by the AIM Rules is being announced:

The directorships held by Matthew Edward Stanley Brabin (aged 38) over the five
years preceding the date of appointment are as follows:
