DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST IN VOTING SHARES

The Company received notification today from Threadneedle Asset Management
Limited regarding the notifiable interest of Zurich Financial Services and its
Group following the sale of ordinary shares in the Company.

They have a notifiable interest in 2,113,316 ordinary shares of 25p each in the
Company, representing 3.78% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
