The Company announces that it was notified on 15 December 2003 that Morley Fund
Management Limited, a subsidiary of Aviva plc, disposed of 153,263 ordinary
shares in the capital of the Company (representing 0.27% of the Company's issued
share capital) on 11 December 2003. Following this disposal Morley Fund
Management Limited and Aviva plc remain interested in 1,648,191 ordinary shares
representing 2.95% of the issued share capital of the Company and therefore no
longer hold a notifiable interest. These shares are registered in the following
