Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. informs that on 26th of
November 2003 European Bank for Reconstruction and Development with registered
office in London sold 5.492.901 (five million four hundred ninety two thousand
nine hundred one) shares of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. On 26th November 2003
European Bank for Reconstruction and Development held 5,492,902 (five million
four hundred ninety two thousand nine hundred two) shares that represented 3.31%
of the capital of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. and allowed to execute 5,492,902
(five million four hundred ninety two thousand nine hundred two) votes which
constituted 3.31% of votes during the General Meetings of Bank Polska Kasa
Opieki S.A.
