MODALITIES FOR THE PROVISION OF PREPARATORY DOCUMENTS

Kaufman & Broad SA shareholders are invited to participate to the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting of the company to be held:

on May 2, 2019 at 9:00 am, at the Sofitel Paris La Défense, 34 cours Michelet 92060 Paris La Défense

The notice of Meeting containing the Agenda and the draft resolutions was published in the BALO of March 25, 2019 and the notice of convening the BALO of April 10, 2019.

The documents provided according to the Article R.225-83 of the French Commercial Code are available for the shareholders as of the convening of the meeting, according to the applicable regulations:

  • any registered shareholder may, up to and including the fifth day before the Meeting, ask the company to send him such documents. For holders of bearer shares, the exercise of this right is subject to the provision of a certificate of participation in the bearer share accounts held by the authorized intermediary;
  • any shareholder may read it at the registered office of the company for a period of 15 days preceding the date of the meeting
