Pershing Square Holdings Ltd. (PSH.AE), William Ackman's publicly traded vehicle, has exited its investments in United Technologies Corp. (UTX) and Automatic Data Processing Inc. (ADP).

The closed-end fund said it has acquired a new investment that represents 12% of net asset value. It will provide more details in its semiannual financial statements later this month.
