Russian Ruble Plunges To 8-day Low Against US Dollar

The Russian ruble edged down to an 8-day low of 31.6545 against
the US dollar at 2:55 am ET Friday. The next downside target level
for the Russian currency is seen around 31.91. The dollar-ruble
pair closed Thursday's deals at 31.3355.
