US Dollar Declines From 2-day High Versus South African Rand

The US dollar declined from European session's 2-day high of
7.9400 versus the South African rand in New York trading on
Thursday. The greenback dropped to 7.7875 versus the rand by about
2:45 pm ET, which may be compared to yesterday's New York session
close of 7.8650. Currently, the pair is trading near 7.7975.
