South African Rand At 11-day High Against US Dollar

The South African rand extended its early European session's
rally versus its US counterpart in early New York trading on
Monday. The rand rose to an 11-day high of 7.4625 against the
greenback by 8:50 am ET and the pair moved on holding pattern
thereafter. If the rand ticks up further, resistance is likely to
be seen around the 7.36 level. As of 9:50 am, the dollar-rand pair
was quoted at 7.4739.
