South African Rand Falls To 6-day Low Against U.S. Dollar

The South African Rand lost ground against the U.S. dollar in
early New York trading on Monday, as oil prices declined after Iraq
increased its export target ahead of the OPEC meeting, while
Canadian oil sands production are set to resume following massive
wildfire.
The South African Rand that closed Friday's trading at 15.7015
against the greenback slipped to a 6-day low of 15.8418. The South
African currency is likely to test support around the 16.5
zone.
